Paul Correia has proudly served as the Fleet Manager at Chase Chevrolet for over 30 years, building strong relationships throughout the community and earning a reputation for integrity, consistency, and hard work. His decades of experience in business and leadership have shaped his commitment to serving others beyond the workplace.

Through Hand Up Charities, Paul is passionate about giving back to Lockeford, Lodi, Stockton, and the surrounding communities. He believes lasting change starts at the local level—neighbors helping neighbors and raising a hand to support those in need.

Denise Alford serves as Vice Chair of Hand Up Charities and brings strong leadership and professional experience to the organization. As the owner of Lockeford Mobile Notary, Denise has built a trusted reputation for reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail while serving individuals and families throughout the community.

Her dedication to service extends beyond her business. Denise is passionate about supporting local families in Lockeford, Lodi, Stockton, and surrounding areas, helping ensure resources and assistance are accessible to those who need them most. She believes meaningful impact begins at the local level—neighbors lifting up neighbors.

Lori Blackwell serves as Secretary of Hand Up Charities and brings valuable experience from her work with Directions Medical Clinic. With a heart for service and a strong attention to detail, Lori plays an important role in supporting the organization’s mission and ensuring its operations remain organized and effective.

Her commitment to both healthcare and community service reflects her passion for helping others. Lori is dedicated to serving Lockeford, Lodi, Stockton, and the surrounding communities by helping raise a hand to those in need and strengthening families throughout the region.

Patty Phillips serves as Treasurer of Hand Up Charities, bringing diligence, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility to the organization. In her role, she helps ensure financial stewardship and accountability, supporting the mission with careful oversight and thoughtful guidance.

 Bailey Oliveira is a dedicated Realtor, proud wife, and loving mom who is deeply rooted in her community. Through her work in real estate, she is passionate about helping families find not just houses, but places to truly call home.

Joe Crivello brings decades of automotive industry experience and proven leadership to Hand Up Charities. He owned and operated Crivello’s Body Shop for over 20 years, building a respected business known for quality workmanship and integrity.
